Three-pavilion home connects with mountain landscape through material palette and form

​​​​​​​In this expansive home by Condon Scott Architects, large bifold doors lead out from the living pavilion to a sheltered courtyard – and the master bedroom can be seen beyond this. Already replete with picture windows and large doors that connect to the outdoor decks, the home is made even lighter with the addition of clerestory windows. Furniture pieces are kept low in terms of design to allow the rear spaces, such as the kitchen, to still take in the dramatic views.
