ADNZ/Resene Design Awards 2014: Auckland/Northland Branch

Pictured: Red Beach Home – Trevor Wilson, Architecture 37, Auckland Winner: Residential Alterations & Additions ------------------------------------------------------------In the recently announced Architectural Designers of New Zealand Auckland / Northland regional Resene Design Awards, Mark McLeay of Creative Arch won the Residential New Homes Between 150m² and 300m² category with the Davy residence. Mark also picked up the Resene Colour in Design award for this house. Ian Butt of Harris Butt Architecture won the Commercial / Industrial category with the Northland Port Corporation building. In the Residential Compact New Homes up to 150m² category, the winner was David Maurice of LTD Architecture with the Ducansby Road residence. David also won the Peoples Choice award for this project. Highly commended awards were given to: -Tim Cameron of 360 Build for the Matakana Village Estate-Trevor Wilson of Architecture 360 for the Red Beach Home-Mark McLeay of Creative Arch for the Arlott residence-Mark McLeay and Mark Callander of Creative Arch for the Pataua residence-Mark McLeay of Resolution Architecture for the Red Box apartments
