A steel pergola, which is glazed over the door opening, gives the top level of this renovated house a more dramatic presence. To access the deck from the rest of the house, there is a stairwell and door on the left side of the suite. Inside the bathroom, lighting is concealed above and below the mirrored cabinets, which are recessed into the walls. There is also a Perspex-covered skylight above the vanity, and skylights above the toilet and shower rooms. The bathroom is part of a whole-house renovation by Rudolfsson Alliker Associates Architects.
