This renovated sandstone terrace is one of a row built in 1866 by Ebenezer Vickery for workers at his tannery. The renovation, by TKD Architects, needed to respect the heritage value of the property, which is considered one of the oldest and finest examples of stone terraces in Sydney. Architect David Sutherland says the front of the terrace features new landscaping, but was otherwise unchanged.
