This closeup shows the detail of the open kitchen wall which is clad in traditional Chinese tiles. A custom swing-door leading to the BOH areas also finds its source in traditional Chinese architecture.
These historical elements are contrasted with the sleek and contemporary lines of the dark Emperadoro-clad counter seen in the foreground.
