Maximising a sense of space and light

​​​​​​​Wood treads on the adjacent cantilevered stairs connect with the wooden breakfast stools in this kitchen by designer Amanda Pike, of Pike Withers. Pike specifically designed the stairs to continue the light, open feel of the kitchen.
