Stage One of the Carlaw Park Student Village accommodation complex (to the left) is separated from Stage Two by a pedestrian easement which will link the university and Auckland CBD to Parnell Railway Station. Construction of the walkway and an underground carpark below it was all part of the job for builders Haydn & Rollett.
