Daniel Marshall Architects wins 2020 TIDA New Zealand Architect-Designed Suite of the Year

A staggered layout has allowed this ensuite to feel open and connected to the master bedroom. By enclosing the toilet and shower in their own, well-ventilated spaces, this ensuite achieves an effortless flow through from the bedroom through to the ensuite.

A sculptural vanity runs seamlessly along the full length of the room, allowing for a make-up area at the transition point between wardrobe and ensuite.

The TIDA judges particularly noted how the combination of large marble-look porcelain tile on the walls and floor, together with the rusticated oak veneer on the wardrobe, contributes to the luxurious nature of the space.
