John Bulcock is a founding director of Design Unit Architects, an international award-winning architectural practice based in Kuala Lumpur. John has 37 years of experience working on a wide variety of projects in Europe, Turkey, India, China and Southeast Asia. 

His experience encompasses Architecture as well as Architectural, Master, Urban and Sustainable Planning and has been commissioned to carry out a variety of projects including Residential, Commercial & Institutional buildings and Sustainable Master Planning of Resorts and Townships. Low energy sustainable design & contact with Nature is central to his philosophy and approach to architecture.

He is a previous winner of TIDA International Home of the year.
