Striking facade treatments give commercial office building a prominent presence

Three new food and beverage outlets on the ground floor of No.1 Sylvia Park help integrate the office building with the shopping centre’s dining precinct. The three outlets spill out onto an attractive, newly created outdoor public space developed at the end of the existing dining precinct.
