For this penthouse renovation project, the dividing wall between bathroom and walk-in wardrobe was moved to provide added space and shoe storage capacity on the wardrobe side. The latter also borrows space from the adjacent dining room. Touches like seamlessly laid large format tiles and the floating vanity back-lit to enhance the effect both add to the overall sense of spaciousness, which is always at a premium in an apartment setting.
