Renovation creates large open-plan living space and opens interior to the backyard

​​​​​​​As in other areas of the modest-sized home, maximising bathroom space was also vital on this renovation project, by Jason Higham. Large-format floor and wall tiles blur the edges of the space visually, bringing a feeling of more space. The large-format tiles were also chosen in response to the clients’ desire for minimal grout lines for easy cleaning and durability. A long double vanity with wood bench completes the new bathroom look.
