Modernising renovation creates open-plan living zone at rear of home

​​​​​​​On this home renovation, he new living area is tucked around the corner from the hall for a more intimate feel. Existing floorboards were matched with new stained wood, bringing continuity right through the family home. A feature inserted wall includes  a fireplace and concealed storage. The concrete hearth is echoed in the concrete table top in the dining area.
