Large signage boards wrap around one corner of this carpark in the Christchurch Innovation Precinct. Given its location, the building has been designed with earthquake resilience details. But its facades are also an attractive addition to the Innovation precincts, with suspended Corten steel planters and a lift core decorated with a braid pattern representing the flow of the Waimakariri river.
