Urbane Projects – Highly Commended – 2020 TIDA Homes – Building Designer new home

This exposed corner lot required specific design considerations such as ingress and egress for both cars and pedestrians, outdoor living spaces, and privacy from a busy road –  all whilst still maximizing views from habitable rooms. Placing the home close to the western boundary and having the main living areas on the upper floor facing the ocean allowed the designer to create floating infinite views above the road and noise.
