Stavely Building Apartments, Dunedin

Arrow International Multi-Unit Residential Property Award – Excellence AwardThe historic Stavely Building in Dunedin has been redeveloped and refurbished as an apartment complex after a fire engulfed the premises in March 2008. The property, built in 1879, is notable for the fine quality of its masonry and unusual use of heraldic ornament and lettering.
