Dark becomes white, and cool becomes warm, in this comprehensive makeover of kitchen and surroundings by designer Kira Gray of Fyfe Kitchens. The project involved knocking down walls and extending the rear of the home following architect plans, in pursuit of usable space and an overall serene, relaxed aesthetic. Two skylights were added to maximise natural light on work surfaces and to lighten the space generally.
