Homes at Point Ridge are built in a number of layouts as part of the architectural aesthetic, and to suit the sloping terrain. These features make it well suited to this project, where the walk-in showers differ in shape and size between bathrooms, and wastes are in different positions. The system also saves time in the finishing stages, as only 24 hours are needed between installing and waterproofing the tray and laying the tiles.
