The project scope included several elements including site and garden preparation, adjusting fence and block wall height, surface preparation for plastering and painting, the removal of stairs and seats, introducing tiles and concrete as needed.
It also involved removing gabion blocks, excavating for footings and concrete pads, installing base course for concrete bases, levelling lawn areas, and refurbishing the pool.
A plethora of additional elements included an automatic driveway gate, a grand staircase with feature planters, screening for the spa and pool pump house, an upper living and entertaining terrace.
Then there was a dining pergola, front entry patio, southwest corner garden, a rear oasis platform, pool lighting, garden preparation, and lastly the supply and installation of plants – including specimen trees, palms, and hedges.
