Sunset was the colour inspiration for this reinvented spa-like bathroom, with the beautiful Bellini marble vanity evoking the sun's last rays – fluted glass divides shower and toilet while a second vanity in ink-stained oak adds to both storage and the overall rich-toned vibe

My homeowners wanted this bathroom to have personality and warmth – moving away from its former grey and white finishes.
Inspired by the tones of a sunset, every rich material and considered detail works together to create the perfect space to start and end your day.
The whole room was stripped back and rebuilt allowing me to create the beautiful curved wall, deep set arched recess in the shower, custom cavity sliding door and ceiling mounted sliding shower screen panels.
I wanted to create a lux hotel vibe as you entered the bathroom.
Bellini marble evokes the sun's setting rays
I selected the beautiful Bellini marble to play the main role in the space as the vanity and climbing to frame the mirror above, too.
Alongside this, we introduced a second, ink stained oak, vanity complete with a blue tinted glass mirror cabinet for storage.

The blush pink freestanding bath has its own custom designed side table to complete the relaxing picture.
Seeing as this is a main family bathroom I divided the shower and toilet behind fluted glass panels so the bathroom can be used as a multi purpose space.
The exotic material palette also includes custom coloured tapware in fluted gun metal.
