Spacious and sumptuous, this grand home has an architectural presence while an earthy colour palette warms the exterior and interior

By W L Developments

From the group home builder:

This individualistic spec home stands out amongst other new builds around in the Millwater Arron Hill area.

You cannot miss the grand house while passing by – it's sitting above the hill, in front of a big reserve.

The home's architectural appearance evokes a mature, solid and luxurious feeling.

The exterior looks like plaster finish from afar but it's actually brick veneer, and you can see the texture more clearly when closer.

The whole house features an earthly colour tone and this colour palette is cohesive and harmonious inside and out.

The home has a wealth of detailing and evokes a comfortable and tranquil ambience.

All products and materials were specified to the highest quality.

There are three living areas, suitable for all occasions, and a large multi-function room ideal for use as a home theatre.

The main living areas and main bedrooms has large corner windows to look out to the Orewa ocean views with the reserve in front.

Each bathroom in the home has a different theme.

The layout of all interior spaces was carefully designed in terms of usage – for example, the switch positions were planned out to best suit the actual future home owner's daily usage.

The low glare LED lights we specified are warm white and have high colour CRI, which perfectly matches the warm earthy colour palette, taking the warm earthy tone feeling to a whole new level at night.

We also designed the landscaping with the colourful Waikato river pebbles matching the exterior colour scheme.
