Homeowner brief / design rationale

• Cabinetry to be like the rest of the house, to look like furniture pieces rather than a clinical bathroom
• Separate vanities
• Separate shower and bath
• Organic, relaxed feel
• Stay close to mother earth… amazing outlook from bathroom window onto surrounding mountains
• Concrete floor with brass edging laid in
• Mainly polished plaster, tiled where necessary
• Cold climate necessitated underfloor heating with radiators placed in discrete but workable spaces
