Which style takes your fancy?

GJ Gardner franchise owners Shane and Kirsty, a husband and wife team, designed these two new showhomes down in Papamoa. It's all part of an interesting new 'competition', where the public are being asked to vote on which style they prefer. At the end of the 60 day period, we'll tally the results and give $5,000 to the winner's charity. Shane's charity is Prostate Cancer, while Kirsty's is the The Breast Cancer Foundation.

They've been designed in two distinct styles, with Shane taking a masculine approach and Kirsty giving her home more of a feminine feel. You can learn more about the homes below, and on the GJ Gardner website.

Vote for your favourite home

Once you've decided on your favourite house, head over to the GJ Gardner Facebook page and cast your vote! You can find both the 'His' and 'Hers' posts on the Facebook page.
