Built in 2001 and designed to resemble the Flatiron Building of the early 1900s, this condominium has floor-to-ceiling windows and wraparound terraces that provide expansive vistas across the city. Although the footprint remained the same, the space was reevaluated and a few walls were relocated to better suit the owners needs. To add warmth, owner-designer Jil Vantosh kept the original Brazilian cherry floors and incorporated other wooden touches, such as the Art Deco chairs.
