The design of the Exchange @ DBS Asia Central by Woodhead blends the tranquillity of a courtyard with the advantages of high-tech office systems. This casual eating area, seen through a Chinese pagoda lattice, is equipped with Wi-Fi and all other needs for hot desking. Some ceilings were retained in the sit-out, acting as cloud cover.
