New family home makes the most of prized views from its bayside site without compromising privacy

​​​​​​​Visitors to this home are not immediately aware there is a staircase just right at the front of this home by architects SAOTA. The stairs were positioned to the side of the front door and encased in timber battens presenting a sculptural rather than a functional view.
