A whimsical poem is etched into the marble floor in the entry of this house. The sense of arrival is further enhanced by the view through the house to the outdoors. Both the outlook and the light help to draw people through to the grand salon. The owners chose a mix of new and salvaged light fittings for the interior, all of which are in keeping with the Italian look. The house was designed by TEA2 Architects.
