An imposing wall of weathered corten steel one minute and a crisp, modern family kitchen the next! This project by German designers Warendorf unsurprisingly won an Interior Innovation Award. What the designers said:The surface of the Hidden Kitchen is determined by natural rust. On a seven-meter-long wall, the construction exudes warmth. The kitchen is hidden behind the impressive frontage and is only seen when in use. Pressing a button opens the five metre-long central region of the wall revealing the work area with shelves, shelves, extractor hood and integrated lighting.
