The outer volumes are clad in a white-painted Rockwhite plaster system, while the core features Linea weatherboards in Resene Double Cod Grey. The roofing is Trim Rib Longrun steel in Windsor Grey. The double-glazed APL Aluminium joinery is in Silver Pearl.
