Reggie's Residential Design – Runner-up – 2020 TIDA Homes – Building Designer renovation

The owners' desire to keep at least some of the existing home's structure for sentimental reasons, and a wish to live in it during construction, dictated the construction program of this large industrial-style house for a growing family, complete with a teenage retreat/guest house.
