A chain is as strong as its weakest link and the same goes for the world of kitchen design. For an enduring outcome, the cabinetry, layout, and the appliances, all need to be top notch.
For this eye-catching project, designer Petty Wang of Beyond Kitchen & Bathroom created a dramatic kitchen with crisp white cabinetry and a contrasting black strip on the peninsular island. The sleek cabinets and work surfaces are accompanied by strong, functional hardware, such as a corner pull-out unit and a lazy susan.
The bank of rear perimeter cabinetry offers ample storage while the rounded, glass-fronted corner cabinet provides an ideal place to display the family's favourite objects.
"High-end, full-featured appliances were an important part of the design, too these were all Eisno Italian fashion appliances," says Wang. "For example, the clients had requested ample, optimum wine storage and the spacious Eisno wine cooler was ideal for their requirements.
"Overall, the couple was very happy with the look and function of the kitchen, the quality of the build, and the sleek, high-tech appliances."
