The Epicure Dual-Fuel Range features eight cooking modes, including Pure Convection, which allows for several dishes to be cooked at once, without running the risk of flavors mixing.
A patented RapidHeat® 3100 watt bake and broil element is hidden beneath glass for increased oven capacity, plus more even baking, faster preheating, and accurate temperature control.
The ergonomic, one-touch TiltVue¢ control panel pivots and locks into place, allowing for quick and comfortable viewing of oven temperature, timing and settings from a standing position.
Safety features in the Epicure Dual-Fuel range include controls that illuminate to indicate when a burner is on.
All Epicure appliances are available with colored accents in chrome, brass, copper and black chrome.
