The Suncadia home shows it is possible to achieve a complete design aesthetic by building with the environment in mind.
Rejuvenation, a specialist manufacturer of period-authentic lighting and house hardware, was approached by the home builder to supply Arts & Crafts-style pieces that would complete the home's interior design aesthetic, says Bob Jacobs, the company's sales and marketing manager.
"We supplied solid brass lighting and hardware in different coordinating finishes, to give each room its own character – oil-rubbed bronze in the kitchen and mudroom, and brushed nickel in the loft."
A carbon-neutral company, Rejuvenation specializes in low-VOC manufacturing techniques. Rejuvenation supplied a number of period-authentic solid brass hardware and lighting fixtures to the showhome, including these fixtures, which are finished in brushed nickel.
