Developed by Neil Properties, the Corinthian Office Tower is designed to serve the needs of corporate tenants from within both the Albany area and the Auckland CBD.
The building provides for a full range of retail outlets and commercial service providers on the ground floor, with other restaurant and showroom space within the building, says Guy Perrett, senior development manager for Neil Properties.

Pylon signage is available on Corinthian Drive for office tenants, while retail signage is available on Mercari Way. Retail signage is also available below the canopy level.
