Refrigerators are an important and integral part of the design of the kitchen, both aesthetically and practically.

The PRO 48 offers a versatile array of storage options for the best possible capacity. Full extension drawers give easy access to food and, with interchangeable drawer dividers, you can customize the interior of the refrigerator to meet your own needs. Twin two-gallon stainless steel bins can be fitted under refrigerator shelves for the storage of smaller items or items that need to be isolated. Bins are washable and oven-safe, so meat can be marinated in the refrigerator overnight, then transferred in the bin directly into the oven for cooking.
All models in the PRO 48 series meet rigorous Department of Energy standards, consuming less energy in a year than a 100-watt light bulb, says Bakke.

The Sub-Zero PRO 48 has a crisper drawer with a glass, touch-and glide lid for high humidity foods. Optimum humidity means longer life for fruits and vegetables. Drawers have adjustable, removable and interchangeable drawer dividers. Refrigerator shelves are cantilevered and spill-proof, with stainless steel trim.
