Houses can be functional, comfortable, light-filled or aesthetically pleasing – but what is it that makes one house truly stand out from the rest?
In the case of this new home, it is the features incorporated into the design that make it exceptional. Stellar Homes director Darryn Peter says a distinctive attribute of this house is its central atrium.
"The atrium acts as a private oasis within the home, bringing natural light into the centre, and also providing a common natural outlook for the rooms surrounding it. At night it is transformed into a glowing light box through the use of blue LED lights," he says.
