All in the family from New Home Trends volume 2406
It is often when we are dealing with a small company that we feel the most well looked after. Personal, one-on-one attention and easy communication with staff makes for a satisfying customer experience.
This is particularly important when we are undertaking the construction of a home. Stellar Homes is a family-owned-and-operated company that has been creating custom homes since 2004. Managing director Darryn Peter says his team of experienced consultants has been active in the South Australian residential home-building market since the 1980s.
"Because we are a small team, our clients become very familiar with each of us – and it just as easy to get in touch with management as it is to speak with anyone in our office."
Stellar Homes' designers can work with a client's ideas for a house, providing expertise and inspiration where required. The company also has numerous plans that can be adjusted to suit the needs and desires of the individual homeowner, says Darryn Peter.
"Our first step is to sit down and get an understanding of what you want in your home. Then we draft up a plan, which we work through with you to achieve the ideal result. Attention to detail, a high level of supervision, and qualified tradespeople assure the finished home will be a treasured asset for years to come."

Highly finished, custom-designed interiors are a feature of Stellar Homes' designs and construction. This kitchen has a French Provincial look, evident in the blackwood island top and Monet replica tiles, which relate to the homeowner's Spode collection.
Stellar Home's small team of just eight staff work closely with each client to create a design to matches their wishes. Attention to detail is vital to this service. This yellow-tiled upstairs bathroom was a direct request of the homeowner.
The refined look of the pool room is evident in the stained glass windows and overhead lamps.
